Course User Agreement

Individual License & Access Policy

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing this course (the “Course”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Individual License Only

This Course is licensed for individual use only.

Each purchase grants one (1) individual, non-transferable license to access the Course content. Access is intended solely for the person who completes the purchase or is assigned the license.

Sharing login credentials, course materials, or access links with any other individual is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • Board members
  • Staff
  • Consultants
  • Volunteers
  • Committees
  • Affiliates
  • Friends or family

If multiple individuals wish to access the Course, each individual must have their own license, or the organization must purchase a group or institutional license where available.

2. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Share your username or password with others
  • Allow others to access the Course using your account
  • Download, copy, record, screen-capture, or distribute Course materials
  • Use the Course for group training, workshops, or board sessions without prior written authorization
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the platform

This includes both intentional sharing and negligent sharing (e.g., leaving accounts logged in on shared devices).

3. Monitoring & Enforcement

To protect the integrity of the Course, we reserve the right to:

  • Monitor login activity, including IP addresses, devices, and usage patterns
  • Investigate suspected account sharing or misuse
  • Suspend or terminate access without refund if violations are detected

Unusual or simultaneous access from multiple locations or devices may be treated as evidence of unauthorized sharing.

4. Consequences of Violation

If account sharing or unauthorized use is identified, we may take one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of Course access
  • Revocation of completion certificates
  • Denial of future access to programs or services
  • Invoicing for additional licenses at the standard per-seat rate
  • Refusal of refunds

No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violation of this agreement.

5. Organizational & Board Use

This Course is not licensed for group or board-wide use under a single individual purchase.

Organizations seeking to train:

  • Entire boards
  • Committees
  • Leadership teams
  • Staff cohorts

must purchase separate licenses for each participant or request a group or organizational licensing option, where available.

6. Intellectual Property

All Course content - including videos, worksheets, frameworks, templates, and written materials - is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the materials for your personal educational purposes only. Ownership of the content remains with Mejora Global LLC.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the Course, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this Agreement
  • You agree to comply with all terms
  • You understand that access is for individual use only

Continued use of the Course constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.
