Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. A Certificate of Completion is issued upon verified completion of all required modules. Certificates are personalized, dated, and delivered digitally.
How is completion verified?
Completion is verified through the learning platform based on:
- completion of all required lessons
- submission of quizzes or knowledge checks
- lessons marked complete
Certificates are issued after verification. Please allow up to three business days for delivery.

FAQs for Organizational Licenses
License Term and Seat Reassignment
How long do we have access to the organizational licenses?
Licenses are granted acces for a 24-month term from the date of activation.
Can I take my license with me to another nonprofit if my board term is over or I resign?
No. Licenses are issued to the organization that made the investment, not individual participants.
If a board member resigns during the license 24-month term, what happens to the license?
The organization may reassign that seat one time to another board member or executive leader within the active license period.
Can the license be used after the 24-month period?
All licenses (unused and used) expire at the end of the term and do not roll over.

Additional Seat Purchases
Organizations may purchase additional seats during an active license term as needed. Additional seats are priced at the per-seat rate of the original license and are valid through the end of the existing license period. Add-on seats do not extend the license term.
